Welcome to Coast Finance, Inc. (herein “Coast” “we” or “our”)! Please read these terms and conditions (the "Agreement") carefully as they govern your use of Coast’s website located at https://www.getcoast.io (the "Website") and Coast’s digital asset service (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Website or Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, do not use the Website or Service.

  1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Coast is a service for digital asset investors that allows users to link financial accounts and view a comprehensive financial dashboard.

  1. PAYMENT

Coast accepts payment via fiat and/or cryptocurrency. Payment is required for the use of the Service. Payment amounts are specified on the Website and are subject to change at any time without notice. Users are responsible for any fees, including "gas" fees associated with their chosen payment method.

  1. ACCOUNTS

To use the Service, users must create an account on the Website. Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password, and for all activities that occur under their account.

  1. NO REFUNDS

Coast does not offer refunds for the Service. Users are responsible for ensuring that they understand the Service and its features before making a payment.

  1. USE OF THE SERVICE

Users agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Users are prohibited from using the Service to engage in any illegal activity, including, but not limited to, money laundering and terrorist financing.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Coast makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Website or Service. Coast disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Coast does not warrant that the Website or Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Coast be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Website or Service, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses. In the event that the foregoing limitation of liability is found to be unenforceable, Coast’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the Service.

  1. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any action arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of such courts.

  1. AMENDMENT

Coast reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time and without prior notice. Any changes to this Agreement will be posted on the Website and will become effective immediately upon posting. Users should periodically review this Agreement to ensure they are familiar with the most current version.

  1. TERMINATION

Coast reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and/or suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, and without liability to the user. Upon termination of this Agreement, all rights granted to the user will immediately cease, and the user must immediately cease all use of the Service.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Coast with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to such subject matter.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

  1. WAIVER

The failure of Coast to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

  1. ASSIGNMENT

Users may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any rights or obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of Coast. Any attempted assignment in violation of this Agreement shall be null and void.
